Cancellation policy

72 hour cancellation required, if canceled after 72 hours a 25% of service cost will be charged to the card on file. 100% of service cost will be charged to card on file for same day cancellations and no shows.

no refunds

Due to the creative nature of our services we do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the result of your service please reach out and we can resolve the issue.
